Holiday Resurgence 2018

New Year (Green Label): Champagne Accord (crisp melon and fresh pear, pear skin, white grapes), Rice Milk, Apricot sugar, Apricot essence, Papaya and Egyptian Vanilla Sugar.

New Year (Beige Label): Champagne Accord (crisp melon and fresh pear, pear skin, white grapes), Bastet Amber, Holiday Apple Cider accord, soft Spices (black clove, nutmeg, allspice), soft musk and stirred with a cassia stick.

Myrrh & White Amber: Arabian Myrrh, Indian Myrrh, White Amber, Bastet Amber and Myrrh Wood Resin *natural occurring resin may be present, this perfume will become more beautiful with aging.  Myrrh harvested sustainably and viscous purposely in the NA Studio.

Santalum & Cardamom: Santalum, Santalum White, Australian Sandalwood, Cardamom EO and sifted in light skin musk and white amber.

So much beauty. My two favorite ingredients. The perfect blend of the titular elements. They come together like two colors in a watercolor painting blending magically. Ideal throw and longevity for over 24 hours.

Vanilla & Apple Spice: Kobalt, Crystalline and Moonstone Vanilla, Spiced Apple accord (cinnamon, green and red apple skin and a touch of clove and nutmeg) and a whole Bavarian Vanilla Bean.

Fig & Amber:  French Fig, Green Fig, Amber Resin, Patchouli, Vetiver, Sandalwood, Frankincense, Coconut Milk, Cedar and Black Pepper *natural occurring resin may be present, this perfume will become more beautiful with aging.

This reminds me the slightest bit of my beloved Holiday Egyptian Gold Fig, from the beautiful Holiday Studio Limited collection a few years ago (part of the NAVAliday releases!). I think it's because the fig feels almost fresh and green, rather than the "brown" I often get from fig...but here's the thing, I don't care HOW they present fig, Nocturne Alchemy has me obsessed with this little fruit I had no idea I would ever like, and this beauty is no exception. The amber is bright and clean, and this just feels festive, I can see wearing this to a party. If you're thinking about it, don't miss out, it's absolutely beautiful, I love the balance of the fruit and resin, it feels golden and green and bright!

Potion number 23: Sleep Elixir's sexy sister, the one you don't keep hidden in the house. She's wearing a gauzy white dress, but trust me, she's casting an alluring spell.
When I first got this, I wasn't sure about it. It was almost too much floral, but aging this and revisiting it really knocked me over with a feather. I find myself reaching for it several days running. A beautiful white floral, the lemon zest isn't in your face at all but adds a really pretty zip that keeps this balanced for me. I'm becoming a big fan of Bastet's florals, they're alluring and very wearable even if you don't like florals - it's a category of scent I have always avoided, but blends like this are consistently changing my mind. The musk and amber I think give me that sensual feel, and help keep the florals balanced too. Bastet, you are amazing. 💚💚💚

Oh, how I adore this scent. It is a soft, ladylike, gently sweet floral that has a timeless, vintage feel to it. The lemon brings a bright touch and the lily of the valley is very elegant. I'm so glad it came back, I wish it would join the permanent collection. I tried this as a decant last year, and have waited several months for my chance to get a full size. It's the perfect floral, it stays with me throughout the day, and I feel beautiful wearing it.

Reindeer King: Blue Spruce, Bavarian Fir, Siberian Fir, touch of Cedar and Egyptian Musk.

Santalum Holiday Spice Cake: Buttery Holiday Coffee Cake accord, rounded white cinnamon, a touch of nutmeg and a heavy dousing of Santalum Sandalwood.

Crystalline Holiday Spice Cake: Buttery Holiday Coffee Cake accord, rounded white cinnamon, a touch of nutmeg and a heavy dousing of Crystalline and Buttercream.

Blue Velvet -  Blueberry Essence, Blue Vanilla NAVA Accord and Blue Sandalwood hand blended into the NAVA Velvet Accord *Velvet Blend: Eternal Ankh, Jasmine, Vanilla bean, and musk all weave the scent of Eternal Ankh Vanilla Absolute.

Amber Velvet - Decadent NAVA Amber 23 (23 different ambers), Amber Resin Absolute, a drop of Ozy Amber Absolute then hand blended into the NAVA Velvet Accord *Velvet Blend: Eternal Ankh, Jasmine, Vanilla bean, and musk all weave the scent of Eternal Ankh Vanilla Absolute.

California Redwood Crystal Musk -  California Redwood Oil Absolute, Vanilla Musk (Crystal from the Studio Limited), Crystalline Absolute, White Pear Skin and Bastet's Amber underneath.

Raspberry Crystalline Cheesecake -  A little perfume decadence; Black Raspberry Seeds, Raspberry Oil Absolute, Vanilla Cheesecake Accord, Vanilla Cream, Lime Zest Absolute, Lemon Absolute, Crystalline (Vanilla from the Studio Limited) and a drop of Bastet's Amber Pure.

Orange & Vanilla Sandalwood -  Orange Essential Oil, Orange Zest, Blood Orange, Vanilla Bean Whole, Australian Vanilla Bean Flecks, Vanilla Cream, Australian Sandalwood, Santalum and White Santalum (Sandalwoods from the Studio Limited) and a drop of Crimson Red Musk.

Bastet’s Ice Cream – Hot Cocoa: The original blend (above) along with notes of Hot Cocoa, Raw Cacao essence, Whipped Chocolat Absolute and Mallow extracts.

Bastet’s Ice Cream – Apricot Crème: The original Bastet's Ice Cream and raw California Apricot peel, Apricot Stone Oil and Jackfruit creme; combined into raw Ugandan and Tongan Vanilla beans, sifted of flecks and the beans are left in to age in the oil.

Bastet's Ice Cream: French Vanilla Crème: French Vanilla Bean Absolute, Vanilla Crystalline Cream, Butter accord, Caramel Accord, French Vanilla Bean Absolute, Vanilla Milk accord, Vanilla Orchid, Crystalline Absolute and Vanilla Sugar.

Bastet's Ice Cream: Cherry Crème*:  Bavarian Black Cherry, Sandalwood, Nag Champa incense Essence, Vanilla Crystalline Cream, Butter accord, Caramel Accord, French Vanilla Bean Absolute, Vanilla Milk accord, Vanilla Orchid, Crystalline Absolute and Vanilla Sugar.  *Originally given out as a Holiday sample-present and called Bastet’s Nag Champa Cherry Crème but renamed from a customer poll to ‘BIC: Cherry Crème’ A Dark Cherry (no Nag Champa) Ice Cream is coming soon at a future update.

Victorian Candy Cane Crystalline - Red and white striped candy cane created with the essence of pure Peppermint bark, Vanilla Cream, Vanilla Dust, a touch of Strawberry seed and a heavy hand of SL Crystalline Vanilla Absolute.
